Take a close look at the case heads. I have seen alot of 'once fired' brass with 2 or 3 extractor marks. Your brass a be just wore out or at least need annealing.
I have a similar guide to Feenix' chart and it works very well. Long before there were 'temp stable' (Hodgdon was not always labeled so) I discovered that loads worked up in cool weather would pressure badly shooting P-Dogs in the summer. I ended up with summer p-dog loads and regular big game...
If you were fine with 4X on the low end I would add the NF NX8 4-32 to the list along with the Leupold VX-6HD 4-24 and let the reticle you like best make the final decision.
