Tikka superlite comes with a fluted barrel and with hand loads is tough to beat for outa the box accuracy.

This ^^^^^^! Very effective, taken quite a few bucks by softly calling. Doe comes in with buck not far behind. Also has stopped a few bucks I’ve jumped, again blown soft not the loud high stress noise as for predators.

I purchased a used Burris XTRll 5-25 A few years ago $700 and have no complaints out to 1475yds, 20” plate. I’m not the precision shooter that most people are or that can afford the top brands on this site but it sure works fine for me.
