    primers

It'll go bang. I'd back off a bit and work back in. It might actually be better to trade with someone in your area for mag. primers. You may be surprised at how nice they might treat you.

    7mm stw

As to the O.P. not finding 7stw brass, I've necked/ blown out brass from 375 H@H brass just fine... Just neck to 33, then 30, then final form and blow out with a load just below start or a few grains of pistol powder with a bit of baby cereal over it... As to sources of brass, I was on...

Thank you for the idea... I just found a box of 6.5x300roy at the range the other day. Someone had their toy out and didn't keep the brass...

Want To Buy 41 Magnum Brass

Dang, I've been doing well with Starline brass... I picked up a new m57 last December and 500 Starline to go with it. I've since picked up a few hundred more as they are the only show in town right now and they work in my pistol. Perhaps you could find some Hornady ammo or similar and shoot it...

A lot of them have a couple of different powders that make "spec". This isn't odd in the least. That's why if you find a "lot" of a certain load that does well in your rifle you ought to buy enough up to last a while.

TNT aren't that bad of a bullet from what I've shot. I shot out a 243 pistol on the 70 TNT, the 100 Hornady, and the 55 Nosler. All would destroy any prairie dog I pointed the pistol at to nearly 1/4 mile. I always preferred the 100 HDY when the wind was on.

It sounds like a minor re-design without all the fanfare would be in order here. This tip shape thing is why I've had better accuracy on the whole with their hpbt bullets than their tipped bullets I suppose. I chuckle at the Hornady hate on the forum. Everything people whine about with Hornady...

My 7 PRC vs. 280 Ackley problem

I'd use the standard rear end action to build a 35 Whelen.

    H50BMG Uses

HUH?? The 300roy requires a slow burning powder to get a long pressure peak to get velocity. I'm running 7828 in my buddy's 300roy with 225's, but it was doing alright with rl33 also. 7828 was more stable accuracy wise so it got the nod. As to the O.P.'s question, the slowest powder Hodgdon...

    US-869 vs. WC-872?

aa8700, us869, and wc872 are all pretty much peas in the same pod. The charge weight you arrive at may be slightly different, but they are all dirty, slow burning powders that I refrain from using even though I have a few kegs of them on the shelf. It's also interesting that I've bought 872 from...

    Magnum primer question

Yup, same here. I have far more wlrm primers than 215's, so I'm shifting over to those for a spell and trying to buy a brick every time I load 1, even if I get ripped a good one buying them. I've actually bought a few bricks of remmy primers in the last year, both large rifle mag. and large...
