I have a few loads for my 7SS pushing 184s. H1000, RL23, RL26, and N565. RL26 gets the best speeds, but N565 is nipping at it's heels by only 30fps. N565 is comparable to RL23 for speeds, but it takes more charge weight. But N565 is more dense, so case fill is only slightly higher.

I use RL23 in a LOT of loads. It has been VERY scarce for the last few years, but not as bad as RL26. I got 16# last year, which was the first I had seen it available in 2 years. Now...who knows when we will see it again. Time to find replacement powder choices. VV N565 is a good choice.

Lapua needs to get on the ball and release some 7PRC brass. They already support 6.5PRC amd 300PRC.
