I have seen deer stand there. Even after someone shot more than once.
I shot a couple 308 rounds one day_tha t was loaded down for a suppressor.
I had to raise my rifle site 5" above target just to hit the target.
The deer won't run if you hit them with the first shot. No way will I trade...
Being 76, I use an UTV, but I am considering an electric scooter, that I have seen in Bestbuy. The wheels look too small for me though. I'm a predator hunter and thought the electric scooter would be good.

Sounds interesting but if the round is accurate is all need. I have seen animsls hit in the vitals and keep going. To me BC means nothing. It's just a number to me. I hunt , not just try to shoot a animal off the other mountain. A few can do it, but most cannot.
I never modify the die. I will modify the shell holder though. I took a couple 10,000" off one for a 308. Now if you can see in the chamber and it's rough, that deserves polishing. I used crocus cloth on a stick, or and cleaning rod to polish that up.
All problems can be resolved. A 270 doesn't need to have a hot load! One of your problems.
Primers go in easy = throw away the brass.
Never mind annealing until you correct your process an problems.
Dirty brass ? Not that important. Annealing not important. 6 or 7 firings max for that brass...
Usually the neck mouth has a tiny burr from trimming it. You can barely feel it. A piece if steel wool to clean it then try it, or better yet; use a cartridge checker. If it goes in easy it will chamber too. Know your headspace.
I think you would do better with a 165-168 SST. That's what I would use. I wasted my time with the 150 gr until I realized a 308 loves a165-168 gr. With varget.
Not hot loads either. More accurate at long range too. Don't try to compare the 308 an 3006. You can't make better calibers though...
I got a custom 270 with a Douglas barrel. It don't care about other calibers; just does its job, big hole , big hole out. 130 gr Nosler goes completely through a hog; from front shoulder, and out the rear quarter. 250 yds. DRT
