Bug or moth etc.....I've had pics of weird stuff fluttering by my trail cameras, the IR cameras make lighter color insects and even clothes with UV brightener stand out much more!

221 FB or the 20 Var Targ

I read that the .20 VarTarg uses a lighter bullet and less powder and it still a good fast and flat shooting round. If I hand loaded my own Ammo that's the round I would Love to try out. If this is allowed I will post a link to another Site that has a lot of info on the .204 Rugers mostly but...

Best trail cam for the money?

Glad You found a good trail camera....I would reccomend buying a metal lock box for it if You have Bears around where Your setting it up and I would put a good lock on it and possibly one of those Python Cable locks thru it also so it doesn't get stolen!

Long Range Coyote calling on East Coast

Coyotes can see very good and can smell things better and further away than a Deer, using a Mouth Call and making a Bark/KiYii or Pup Distress sound usually stops them for a few seconds and a shot opportunity....a Rabbit in Distress or Fawn Call helps in calling them in. What Caliber Rifle are...

    Coyote recipes

I've ate Groundhog,Racoon and Squirrels.....I can live a long time off My fat before I'd eat a Coyote, heck I'd eat a bug first. If You plan on saving the fur Get a smaller Caliber Rifle and try some lighter bullets say in the 32-35 to 40 grain via .204 or .223 or even 50-55 grain V-max...

    22/250 or 223

I Love my .223 for Coyote Hunting,100-200 and probably out to 300 yards....more open Areas from 200-500 yards the 22-250 would be a better choice!

    Missouri squirrel season

I plan on doing a lot of Squirrel Hunting here in Southeast Missouri....they can be harder to Hunt now with all the leaves on the Tree's,trick is to stay still and watch for movement and if there has been a light rain You can pick up the Squirrels movements much easier with the falling water off...

Savage has a *New .17 HMR that's a Semi-Automatic called the A-17....with multiple quick shots it's seems to a pretty neat Rifle. I also like the looks of the other Savage .17 HMR that's in the All Snow Camo including the scope itself....not sure of the Model #? 93R17 XP Snow Camo (found...
