How does it do on accuracy? with only the drive bands touching seems like it might come out of barrel wonky or wobbling some? Any suggestions on powder for a 18" gas Grendel? I could use some more velocity.

your brass will work out fine. I've used a lot of Hornady brass. Just cut back on your lube to a very light coating on shoulder and body and a little inside of case neck. You may have some inside your die. clean it out well too. just turn die down to holder and then in 1/8 turns size and see if...

You need to show the dent. You have to turn die until it bumps shoulder enough to chamber. So we need to see dent. You may be using to much lube that is causing the dents.
